He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Kelly, Tim and Tracy (Jim); his grandchildren, Curtis, Hailey, Brandon (Amanda) and Marti (Crystal); his great grandchildren, Violet and Talia; and his siblings, Erma and Larry (Georgie).
