She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cockerham and Maria Cockerham; her siblings, Elsie, Mary, Lester and Stanley; and her grandson Jeffrey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Williams (Ken) of Nanaimo, Jane McCormick of Nanaimo, Audrey Blackburn (Keb) of Nanaimo and Jennifer McCarley of Nanaimo; her sister-in-law Jean MacKay; her grandchildren, Lori (Dave), Mike (Michelle), Kristin (Dan), Katherine, Tyler (Susan), Travis (Emma), Lucas and Mariah;. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
