He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lyle and Larry; and his parents, Bill and Amy. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Gail; his daughters, Laurie (Ted) and Amy (Brad); and his grandchildren, Jamie, Charlie and Ryann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
