He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cowley and Norma Cowley; and his brother Paul Cowley. He is survived by: his brothers, Glenn Cowley and Bruce Cowley; his wife Patricia Joan Cowley; his son Jonathan Cowley (Lori Aldcroft); his grandsons, Liam and Henry; and his daughter Cataya Caven.
