She is survived by: her mother Judy Michaud; her stepfather Mich Michaud; her sister Danielle Welch; her sons, Austin Welch, Ashtyn Lawson-MacNeil and Christian Docouto; her stepbrother Michael Michaud; her aunts, Joan Kleinsteuber, Cheryl Miller and Ann Panton; her uncle Leroy Miller; her father Stephen Welch; her stepsister Stephanie Welch; and her cousins, Christine Kleinsteuber, Robin Peterson, Tawnie Sigurdson, Sarah Rushton, Shawn Neurauter, Howard Neurauter, Melissa Neurauter, Christie Little and Heather Ell. She is also survived by extended family, close family friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the First Memorial Funeral Services (1720 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9S1G9).
