She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Petronella van Toor of Purmerend and Johannes Cornelis van Baarsen of De Beemster. She is survived by: her husband John Cook; her children, Jack Cook, Anita Cook, Margo Cook and Simone Cook; her son-in-law Dean Trethewey; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn Cook, Sabrina Trethewey, Juliana Cook and Hayden Trethewey.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (887 Wembley Rd, Parksville, BC V9P2E6).
