He is survived by: his daughter Kaylie; his significant other Anjanette; his parents, Rick and Cheryl; his brothers, Joel (Ange) and Scott; his nephew Aaron; his niece Aaliya; and his grandparents, Betty, Eric Larsen and Doreen Gurnett. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
