It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Nielsen Houlberg in Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ingeborg; and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew (Peggy), Dennis (Wendy) and Steven (Katherine); his grandchildren, Adrienne (Derek), Stephanie (Darnell), Kevin, Derek (Sarah), Justin and Julian; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Jude.
