He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Patterson; his wife Gwen Towriss; and his sister Shirley. He is survived by: his sons, Mike (Chris) and Kevin (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Samantha (Micheal), Mike (Karen) and Jack (Maddy).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Memorial Funeral Services (1720 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9S1G9). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens (2347 Cedar Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9X1J7).
