She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Polson and Elizabeth Polson; her husband Barney O'Brien; her nephews, Calvert and Drew; and her sister Virginia Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelsey (Andre), Karen (Douglas) and Patricia "Trish" (Ian); her grandchildren, Stacy (Austin), Hayley (Peter), Allison (Will), Neil (Andrea), Jackson and Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Elise and Max; her niece Leigh; and her nephew Ross (Linda).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Highlands United Church (3255 Edgemont Blvd, North Vancouver, BC V7R2P1).
