Cathy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Cathy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cathy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Owens. She is survived by: her mother Anne Owens; her brothers, Doug (Wendy) and Jamie (Shannon); and her niece Elise. She is also survived by her many friends and her VGH family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vancouver Orphaned Kitten Rescue Association at vokra.ca to honour Cathy's devotion to cats.
