It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Marcia Higgins (North Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her daughters, Kelsey, Julie (Bob) and Maryanne (Todd); her grandchildren, Megan (Brandon), Keelan (Susan), Jayden (Mickayla), Jarrod, Teighan, Brianna, Riley and Pyper; her great grandchildren, Eloise and Koen; her brother Bruce (Ria); and her nephews, Derek and Skyler.
