He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pope and Mel Pope; and his grandmother Louise. He is survived by: his brother Lloyd; his significant other Janet Andison (Jan); his daughter Erin; his brother Bruce Andison; and his children, Kenneth Bruce, Shelley (Bruce) and Peter (Erin).

During COVID, after receiving much needed gall bladder surgery, Dad struggled through a series of mishandled medical events that nearly killed him.
