He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Tim (Pat), Hugh (Nathalie), Lisanne (Barry), Ian (Sarah), Anthony (Nana) and Max (Sarah); and his grandchildren, Akcinya, Nathan, Vanya, Corban, Ella, Stefan, Julia, Min, Mia, Naomi and Avery.
