He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; and his parents, Wendy and Nigel. He is survived by: his children, Wendy (Kevin) and Nigel (Kristie); and his grandchildren, James, Julie, Jennifer, Matthew, Samantha, Aspyn, Thatcher, Jude and Cassian.
