Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley Elizabeth Wiggins of North Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away at the age of 84, on July 27, 2020. She was predeceased by : her brother Brian Foulkes; and her parents, Rees Foulkes and Annie Pollock. She is survived by : her husband Ken Wiggins; her children, Shannon Craigie-Halkett, Linda Roberts, Chris Wiggins (Grace) and John Wiggins (Linda); and her grandchildren, Kira, Callem, Sheavon McDougall, Carlie and Hailey Roberts. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
