He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Frost and Mary Frost; his children, Janet Stewart, Toni Long (Jim), Darryl Frost (Maria) and John Frost; and his sister Joy Frost. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
