He is survived by: his children, David Schapansky (Tammy) and Linda Gideon; his grandchildren, John (Kayla), Abraham (Jennifer), Katie (Justen), Isaac (Kelly), Josh (Veronica), Jacob and Emily (Chayce); and his siblings, Bob Schapansky (Sharon) and Jean Weston. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
