He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donna Mann and David Eby; and his cousin Cassandra Mann. He is survived by: his pet Syrah; his parents, Paul Eby and Barbara Eby; his grandparents, Philip, Eleanor Smith and Kathleen Eby; his sister Stephanie Eby; his niece Annika Eby; his aunts and uncles, Joan (Leonel St. Amand), James (Shirley Smith), Kathleen Smith (Chris Gutsche), David Mann (Lisa Van Colen), Doug (Cathy Mann), Brad (Pat Eby), Alan (Gwen Eby) and Peter Eby; and his half-brother Keith Nelson. He is also survived by numerous cousins in Canada and the U. S. We will remember him as a loving dog-dad, son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, cousin, and most of all, friend.
