She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Kirs. She is survived by: her children, Shelley, Ann (Tom) and Michael (Jocelyn); her grandchildren, Ashley, Adain, Shawn, Lane and Chase; and her siblings, Bela Docza, Elizabeth Vachon and Marika Docza.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery (1068 Rockcliffe Rd, Oliver, BC V0H1T6).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that you consider donating to the Oliver/Osoyoos Search and Rescue or the BC Wildlife Federation.
