He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Ezart; his children, Ken (Casie), Don (Tammy), John (Brenda) and Carolyn (Rod); his grandchildren, Jacalyn (Lucas), Jordan (Jason), Taylor, Sam (Mikaela), Josh (Meghan), Shane and Luke; and his great grandchildren, Eastyn, Harper and River.
