She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brewer and Edith Brewer; her husband Ray Marcy; her children, Beverly Fawthorpe and Dave Marcy; and her siblings, Alice Stewart, Douglas Brewer, Harvey Brewer and Bernice Brewer.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Nyman (Barb) and Gordon Marcy; her grandchildren, Lindsey, Dorothy (Kevin), Ray (Lacey), Joey (Miranda) and Makayla (Ryan); and her siblings, Edith Rebryna and Darryl Brewer (Sharon). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (6044 Spartan St, Oliver, BC V0H1T0). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at the Keremeos Cemetery (6044 Spartan St, Oliver, BC V0H1T0).
