He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bork and John Bork Sr.; and his siblings, Conrad, Walter, Gustav, Gertrude, Irmgaard, Elsa and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his siblings, David and Irene; his children, Maurice and Sandra; his grandsons, Trevor (Kelsey) and Micheal; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Westin, Ryerson and Lauren.
