“Ken was a great friend, always helping out where he was able. His volunteer work with the Elks of Canada will be sorely missed. He organized the Apple Drive, to get free fruit delivered to points north in BC, for many years. When no one else would volunteer, Ken was there, cooking, tending bar, setting up for various functions, clearing snow...you name it and Ken did it. No more pruning/picking fruit for you dear friend, crack a cold one, put your feet up and survey all that you accomplished!”
