He was predeceased by : his son Jeffrey; his parents, Mervyn E. and Beulah; and his sisters, Mervagene and Ellie.

He is survived by : his daughter Anita Wessel; his great grandchildren, Douglas (Carly), Luc, Jesse and Jacob (Chloe); his son Mervyn P. LaBrash; his grandsons, Jett (Ben) and Kristian (Ashley); his sister Ione LaBrash; his sister-in-law Angeline Wooley; his wife Frances; his family, Anita, Mervyn and Jeffrey; and his friend Bill W.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.

A reception was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Princeton Baptist Church (160 Old Hedley Rd, Princeton, BC V0X1W0).
