It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Suzanne Macht of Oliver, British Columbia, born in Williams Lake, British Columbia, who passed away on February 18, 2026, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul, Monika Macht of North Battleford, Jim and Kathleen MacKay of Peachland; and her uncles, Dan and Ross MacKay.
She is survived by: her daughter Sophie Wolfenden Macht; her parents, Fred Macht and Barb Macht; her sisters, Laura McElhinney (Lee) and Darci Macht (Lincoln); her uncles, Wally, Albert Macht and Vern MacKay; and her siblings' children, Kayla McElhinney, Davonte Suchit, Paige Suchit, Keagan Good, Larissa Good, Joaquim Macht-Suchit and Zeelyn Macht-Suchit.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Children's Hospital.
