Violet Mahovlic Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 12, 2025, at the age of 90, Violet Mahovlic (Oliver, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Manestar and Rose Manestar; her brothers, Zlatko and Joseph Jr.; her husband George; her in-laws, John and Magdelena Mahovlic; her son-in-law Rolly Boisvert; her nephews, Ralph, Donald and Jimmy; her niece Sharron; and also, John, Margaret, Kay, Ann and Mary.

She is survived by: her children, Lorrie (Morley), George Jr. (Sandra) and David (Sheri); her grandchildren, Stephanie (Kyle), Meagan (Aaron), Brin (Nelson), April (William) and Jason; and her great grandchild Elyse. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren, and dear friends.
