He is survived by: his wife Susan Moreira; his daughters, Stacie Carrigan-Smith (Mark) and Amanda Stene (David); his grandsons, Jared and Troy Stene; his siblings, Dennis Moreira (Bev), Cidalia Plavetic (Eddie) and Lidia Ferreira (Jess); his sister-in-law Lucy Moreira; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Moreira, Jackie Mullen (Jamie), Robbie Moreira (Christa), Michael Moreira, Michael Plavetic (Kathy), Dawn-Marie Burrows (Jason), Melissa Carvalho (Chris) and Justin Ferreira (Renee). He is also survived by many great-nieces, nephews, extended family.
