He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Slingsby and Howard Slingsby; and his siblings, Jack Slingsby and Jean Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Judith (Judy); his siblings, Bob Slingsby and Judy Bennet; his son Craig Slingsby; and his grandsons, Ryland Slingsby and Dolan Slingsby.
