With sadness, we share the passing of Elsie MARIE Dowhan of Parksville, British Columbia. Elsie, born on June 29, 1936, passed away on November 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Steve; her son Stephen; her granddaughter Mila; and her parents, Josie Skwarok and Kaspar Skwarok.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn (Craig), Debbie and Patty (Alan); her grandchildren, Brandi, Abbey (Shay), William (Liz), Carver (Krista), Cole (Stephanie), Josie-Lynn and Andrew (Paige); her great grandchildren, Eva, Paisley, Oscar, Milo, Harriet, Maddox, Kacey and Lyla; and her close friend Marni.
