He was predeceased by: his wife Alberta; his parents, Elmer Mattice and Nancy Mattice; his sister Noreen Mattice; and his brother-in-law Jim Rockwell (Linda).
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle (Wayne Cannard) and Melanie Gale (Marty); his grandchildren, Eden Valentine (Mike) and Caylan (Brittany Neadow); his brother Royce Mattice (Marge); and his sister-in-law Linda Rockwell.
