With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Eleanor Schreier (Penticton, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Janet's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Janet's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She is survived by: her parents, Norman McFarland and Ethel McFarland; her husband Harry Schreier; her children, Emerald and Craig Schreier; her siblings, Alison Simpson and Albert McFarland; and her sister-in-law Manuela Lefranc. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
