She was predeceased by: her husband James Shellard; her son-in-law Mervin; her siblings, Rena, Hazel, Iva, Laurel, Lloyd and Bud; and her parents, George Berkey and Martha Berkey.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Woods, Violet Nelson (Richard) and George Kerr (Vivian); and her brother Don (Verna). She is also survived by 10 grand children; 20 great-grandchildren.
