It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lidia Anna (Appigli) Stewart (Penticton, British Columbia), who passed away on April 12, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Lidia Anna's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lidia Anna has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle; her sister Rosita Torelli; and her parents, Carlo Appigli and Natalina Appigli. She is survived by: her son Rob (Wendy); her stepgrandchildren, Eric and Sarah; her daughter Leanne (Dan); her sister Delta Montague; and her caregiver Penticton. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
