He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edna; his sons, Bruce Filipenko (Gayle), Grant Filipenko (Marie) and Jim Filipenko; his grandchildren, Court Filipenko, Christine Harbor (Ryan), Brian Filipenko, James Dyer, Jeremy Filipenko (Andrea) and Jeffery Filipenko (Courtney); and his siblings, Mert Jones, Arnie Filipenko (Martha) and Ken Filipenko (Stephanie).
