He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bell and Ella Bell; and his brother Richard Bell. He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Schmunk of Okanagan Falls; his daughters, Shannon Koteles (family: Andrew, Kael, Jordyn) and Felicia Kerr (family: Matt, Adrina, Brady); and his sisters, Margie Soare (Jim) and Viola Schlee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
