With sadness, we share the passing of Ronald Richard Bentham (Penticton, British Columbia). Ronald, born on March 7, 1946 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, passed away on July 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his sons, Ryan (Alison), Blair (Kate) and Paul (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Anna, Max, Cohen, Vonn, Nathan and Daniel.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Penticton Lakeside Resort (21 Lakeshore Dr W, Penticton, BC V2A7M5). Due to limited capacity, attendance is by RSVP only. Please RSVP to ronbenthamservice@icloud. com no later than September 13, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, Ron requested that those who wish to honour his memory consider a donation to Operation Smile Canada (https://operationsmile.ca), a charity close to his heart that provides life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries for children in developing countries, restoring smiles, confidence, and hope.
