She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Staples; her parents, Ralph Oudman and Jean Oudman; her sisters, Marsha Bridger (El) and Ria Oudman; her brothers-in-law, Evert Kobes and Eric Buxton; her niece Judy Kobes; and her nephew Tyler Oudman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Grace Kobes, Lloyd Oudman (Gerda), Andrew Oudman (Marilyn) and Anita DeJonge (Harry); and her brother-in-law El Bridger (Joy). She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
