He was loved and cherished by many people including : his close friend Ann; his daughters, Vanessa McAleese and Jennifer Christian (Kevin); his grandsons, Riley and Nathan; his stepgranddaughters, Lauren and Natalie; his son Billy (William Nathan); his parents, William McAleese and Betty McAleese; his siblings, Mary Anne Kormos (Bob), Elizabeth Mahoney (Chuck), Jane McAleese-Timbrell (Peter), Patricia Storosko (Brian), John McAleese (Roberta), Sheila McLaughlin (Jerry) and Ellen McAleese; his mother-in-law Phyllis Davies; his sister-in-law Sylvia Kellett; and his nieces, Stephanie Kellett and Sarah Johnson. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
