She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kereiff and Marta Kereiff (Maloff); her husband Tony Kalugin; her siblings, Polly Sawchenko and Mike Kereiff; and her niece Marcia Devitt.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kalugin (Barb) and Julia Ursic (Dario); her grandchildren, Chrissy Alarie (Kyle), Traci Nikota, Holly Dibnah (Andrew) and Jesse Ursic (Michayla); her great grandchildren, Hunter Alarie, Mackenzie Alarie, Emerson Nikota, Jack Nikota, Liam Ursic, Bauer Ursic and Darrion Kurath (Steven); and her great great grandchildren, Dayton and Piper Kurath.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Abbeyfield Retirement Home, the WCGH Foundation, Kinsmen Foundation of BC, or the BC Children's Hospital.
