We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2019, at the age of 91, Dennis Francis Johnson (Port Alberni, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Beth; his mother Alice; his son Terry; and his siblings, Lawrence, Les, Cyril, Ray, Terry, Ruth McCabe and Therese Rolston.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Frank Coates, Keith Coates (Marlene), Cam Coates (Georgina), Patsy Robins, Bruce Johnson (Cheryl), Bill Coates (Patty), Steve Coates, Kelly Cameron (Rod), Jenny McInroy (Don), Dale Johnson (Michelle), Grant Coates (Deb), Ted Nowicki (Tammy) and Tim Johnson; his daughters-in-law, Rosa and Maggie Johnson; and his siblings, Vince Johnson (Lowana), Lloyd Johnson (Marianne), Denise Crowley (Myles), Karen McKay (Harvey) and Eileen Doucette (Marcel). He is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
