She was predeceased by: her husband Orville; and her brother Norman. She is survived by: her children, Diane (Phil) and David (Sandy); and her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Laura, Shelley and Bradley.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at 12:30, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Chapel of Memories, 4005 -6th Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances' memory may be made to Fir Park/Echo Village Foundation, 4200 – 10th Ave, Port Alberni, BC., V9Y 4X3.
