It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Henry Sim (Port Alberni, British Columbia), who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Sonja; his parents, John Sim and Ruby Sim; and his brothers, John, Harold, Ken and Donald.

He is survived by : his daughters, Cheryl Sim and Anita Grubisich (Lance); his grandchildren, Carly Vesaranta (Jesse), Erik Vesaranta (Audrey), Ashley Grubisich (Colten) and Joelene Grubisich (Kerrick); and his brother Collin Sim (Joanne).
