He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara and Jacob; his grandchildren, Brenda and James; and his daughter Deborah.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie; and his children, Geri, Sandra, Denise and Brian. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandkids.
The inurnment will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Alberni Valley Memorial Park (2300 Port Alberni Hwy, Port Alberni, BC V9Y8P2). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 3946 Wallace St, Port Alberni, BC V9Y3Y7.
