It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jaxon Cousins (Port Alberni, British Columbia), who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Lorretta and Anare (Jack); his siblings, Joji, Tomasi and Mackenzie; his great-grandparent Lillian; and his grandmother Linda. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
