Joan Elnora Mahovlic Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2019, Joan Elnora Mahovlic (Port Alberni, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Salsman and Sadie Salsman; her son Jimmy Morse; her half-sister Pauline; her siblings, Joy, Sharon, Douglas, Calvin and Eugene; and her half-brothers, Whiley and Richard.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Mahovlic; her children, Pearl Drolet (Colin), Jory Smith, Larry Morse (Stephanie), Shawn Coffill of Nanoose Bay, B. C. and Mark Coffill; her stepchildren, Trish McCrate (Rick) of Coquitlam, Jim Mahovlic (Lori) of Calgary, Alberta and Meg Belanger (John) of Campbell River, B. C.; and her siblings, Gerald Salsman (Janet) of Coldbrook, N. S., Ronald Salsman (Jeanette) of Port Alberni, B. C., Madelyn Wiles of Morristown, N. S., Leo Salsman (Adele) of Trail, B. C., Marilyn Teal (Allan) of Trenton, Ontario and Freda Salsman of Waterville, N. S.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
