Robert Lee Donovan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Lee Donovan (Port Alberni, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee and Hazel; his stepfather Al Ferguson; his siblings, Art and Diane; his nephew Carmen; his grandparents, Mike, Edith Donovan, Fred and Clara Moore; his in-laws, Louis and Pauline Knorr; his great grandchild Natasha; and also Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Ken (Sandra), John (Tracy), Debbie, Blain, Troy, Louanne (Dave Montgomery), Erin (Jonathan Ehmen) and Matt (Rae-Leigha); and his siblings, Ted (Cindy), Pat (Tom Livingstone), Bev (Mike Shley), Jack (Kathy) and Doug (Patti). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great children.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Alberni Valley Memorial Gardens (2300 Port Alberni Hwy, Port Alberni, BC V9Y8P2). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Cherry Creek Hall.
