He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his brother Carl; his children, Larry (Marie), Shelly (Gord) and Lisa (Randy); his grandchildren, Ryan (Emily), Bryan, Jonathan (Megan), Brandi (Mark) and David (Kaitlyn); his great grandchildren, Addison, Reese, Beau and Sebastion; and his siblings, Lette (Jack), Gerry, David and Judy (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Ron's Life will be held 2:00pm – 5:00pm, Sunday, October 21, 2018 in the Arrowsmith Tea Room, Chapel of Memories, 4005 – 6th Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ron's memory may be made to the Ty Watson/Alberni Valley Hospice Society, 3088 – 3rd Ave, Port Alberni, BC., V9Y 2A5.
