He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Jefferson and Sharlene Check (Gary); his grandchildren, Kaila (Cody), Kelsey (Josh), Brandon (Taylor) and Andrew (Hannah); and his siblings-in-law, Don Evans, Terry Berry, Barry Johnson (Marianne), Linda Sawyer, Lorraine Forbes and Denise Johnson. He is also survived by two aunts, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a few good long-time friends.
