With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wesley Chase (Port Alberni, British Columbia), born in Grandview, Manitoba, who passed away on July 9, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Chase and Elsie Chase; his sons, Kevin and Steven; his siblings-in-law, Mary Williams and Oliver Williams; and his sibling's children, Nedra Lynn Yurkowski and Roy Buckmaster.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Daryl (Kari), Guy (Carly) and Brian (Aria); his grandchildren, Branden (Moriah), Alexa, Damian and Lunabella; his great grandchildren, Skylar of Port Alberni, Talon of Port Alberni and Conner of Port Alberni; his siblings, Gary Chase (Lois) of Arlington Beach, SK, Wayne Chase of Port Alberni, BC, Ken Chase (Linda) of Roblin, MB, Sharon Buckmaster (Les) of Allan, SK, Beryl Mohr (Murray) of Swan River, MB, Gloria Belcourt (Earl) of Cobble Hill, BC, Dean Chase (Val) of Barrhead, AB, Dale Chase (Linda) of Roblin, MB and Byron Chase (Joyce) of Okotoks, AB; his sister-in-law Wendy Chase; his siblings' children, Mark Chase and Sheryl Boire of Port Alberni; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Featherstone (Barry) of High River, AB and David Williams (Maureen) of Aldersyde, AB.
